Parish Councillors for Upper Saxondale

Welcome to your Upper Saxondale Parish Council (USPC) whose inaugural meeting was held on Thursday 18th May 2023 in the village hall. Kath Marriott, Chief Executive at Rushcliffe Borough Council, attended that meeting and presided over the election of the USPC Chair and Vice Chair.

In May 2023, five Parish Councillors were elected, leaving two vacancies. In April 2024, Karen Land was co-opted onto the Parish Council, followed in May 2025 with Phil Wigginton being co-opted after a further recruitment drive. Following the resignation of a Parish Councillor, Kirsty Lord was elected in an uncontested election in April 2026. All of our seven Parish Councillor positions are now filled.

Parish Councillors are all volunteers, working to support our community.
